Vibrating Feeder

The vibrating feeder in the mine is used to uniformly or quantitatively provide the materials from the storage silo or other material storage equipment to the feeding equipment; it is the necessary automation equipment in the practice routine operation.

Classification of feeding machine:

Feeder has two kinds: open and closed types, according to the requirements to produce the electromagnetic vibrating feeder, hopper, and belt conveyor.

The vibrating feeder structure is simple and easy to operate without moist, small power consumption; evenly adjust the amount of ore; therefore it has been widely used.

Widely used in mining, gravel field, metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, mineral processing, coal mining and other industries' crushing and screening production line.

Vibrating feeder working principle: The machine utilizes eccentric block rotation and produces the centrifugal force, making vibrator sieve compartment, vibrators and other movable parts for mandatory continuous circular or approximately circular movement. Material with sieve compartment in the tilt of the screen surface does the continuous throwing motion and continuously and uniformly sends the material to the discharge port.


Installation and commission:

a. When the feeder is used to batching and dosing, in order to ensure feeding is uniform and stable, preventing material from artesian installation horizontally.
b. Feeder after Installation should be left a 20mm swimming gap, lateral should be level; the suspending device adopts flexible connection.
c. Feed during operation should always check the stability of the amplitude of the current and noise, when abnormal situations became should be parked timely and process.

Feeder safety procedures:

1. A feeder should be installed on a fixed basis.

2. Before the use of feeder, it must inspect various moving parts, if the tape hasp and carrying device is normal, protective equipment is complete.
