The indirect heat drier is improved from the traditional roller dryer or rotary drum dryer, and has a more reasonable structure, perfect workmanship which can greatly improve the heat exchange rate and the drying effect of the materials.
Indirect heat transfer dryer can reduce the heat pollution to materials. The materials get into the inner layer of the sawdust dryer and is not direct contact with the heat source, thus it can be dried by absorb heat from the roller.
1. The self-cylinder heat preservation efficiency of the indirect heat drier reaches to over 70%.
2. Covering area is reduced by 50% compared with single cylinder dryer.
3. The indirect heat drier is with no size gear, and it uses the wheel rotating to work.
