The stirring tank, also known as bucket mixer ,mixing barrel ,agitation vat or mixing vat , is equipment to fully mix pharmaceutical and pulp before the flotation process, used for a variety of metal ores, as well as other non-metallic minerals. At the same time, it also plays a role of sand pump and water pump, overflow slurry.

Instructions for use

1,Tighten the bolts in pump body parts before using the machine; rotating shaft to check the flexibility of pump wheel, and then start running mixer;
2, Wearing parts: impeller, the stator;
3, Keep inside mixer clean especially in winter to extend the life.

Stirring tank is the necessary equipment in beneficiation process, mainly used for mixing ore pulp and agentia before the flotation operation, and stirring tank can also be called  bucket mixer, mixing barrel, mixing vat or stirring tub.  

Aggregate mixer rotates impeller driven by the motor, adding the pulp and potions before starting it, and the impeller is with a stirring bar. In the course of rotation of the impeller, the potions and pulp mix thoroughly. Bucket mixer can also be used for stirring other materials.
