The structure device of flotation machine: This machine is mainly composed of the slurry tank, mixing device, inflatable device, discharge mineralized bubble device, motor and other components.
Flotation machine, also known as flotation cell, flotation-cell, is mineral processing equipment relying on buoyancy force, is also one of the most important ore flotation equipment in the flotation separation process. Especially, flotation separator is used most in the separation of non-metallic minerals.
1. Bearing slurry tank: it has the stock inlet, and gate device of adjusting the slutty, it mainly consists of steel plate welded into the tank and steel plates and round bar welded into the gate.
2. The flotation cell: It is used for stirring the slurry, to prevent ores sedimentation in the tank body, it is composed mainly by the pulley, the impeller, the vertical axis and the impeller is made of a wear-resistant rubber.
3. The inflatable device: it is composed by the catheter trachea, when the impeller rotates, a negative pressure is generated in the impeller chamber, the air through the hollow pump tube inhalation, and the formation of bubbles dispersed in the pulp, which with a large number of bubbles is soon thrown to stator by the rotating force of the impeller, then refining the slurry in the bubble, and eliminating the rotational movement of the slurry stream in the flotation cell, causing a large number of vertical rise microvesicle, and providing the necessary condition for the flotation process.

Flotation cells run by the triangle belt of the electrical motor driving the impellor to rotate, producing centrifugal effect which will form negative pressure, and on one hand it will absorb sufficient air in order to mix with the pulp, and on the other hand it will mix the pulp in order to mix with the reagents, and at the same time will refine the foam in order to stick the minerals onto the foam, and float on the surface of the pulp in order to become mineralization foam. The workers can adjust the height of the flashboard and control the liquid level in order to scrap the useful foam.
The flotation separation process of flotation concentrator: first, feed the pulp into the flotation plant, add medicament fully stir. When mixing, use air to make the particles attaching themselves to air bubbles. Bubble floating on the surface is scraped out, so as to achieve the objective of separating particles and impurities.
Flotation machine can be used for separating copper, zinc, lead, gold and other non-ferrous metals, and may also be used for separating of ferrous metals and nonmetals.
The flotation-cell is mainly used to select copper, zinc, lead, nickel, gold and other non-ferrous metals. The flotation plant also can be used for the roughing and selection of ferrous metals and metalloid. In the process of flotation separation, the ups and downs of minerals almost have nothing to do with the mineral density. All those minerals that have high affinity with water or easy to be wet are hard to attach to the bubbles and float upwards, while those have small affinity with water or hard to be wet are easy to float upwards. Like other ore dressing methods, the flotation separation needs to do a good job in selecting the materials before separating, namely the ore needs to be ground and classified so as to achieve the suitable concentration and fineness for the separating at first.
