The workflow of stone production line: first, large stones fall into the jaw primary evenly though vibrating feeder. The large stones turn into small pieces after being crushed by jaw crusher. Second, small pieces of stones and are further broken by impact crusher. Last, the crushed stones by impact crusher are sent to circular vibrating screen for screening. The sieving products are qualified stones after screening. The failed stones are sent to impact crusher again for second crushing.
The qualified stones, which have been crushed by impact crusher in sand making process, are then sent into impact sand making machine to finish sand making process. At last, they are transport through the belt conveyor to the pile of finished products.
