High frequency vibrating ore screen is a vibrating screen classifier used in dressing plant. It is mainly used for sieving pulp. The high frequency vibrating screen has small vibration amplitude and high vibration frequency, so the screening efficiency is also higher.
The sieve shaker machine adopts a higher vibration frequency which on one hand, can quickly break the surface tension of the slurry, on the other hand, make the granule vibrate on the surface of the screen with a high speed, thus speed up the separation of mineral and large particles.
Vibrating screen machine screens the pulp into qualified products and substandard products. After screening, large particles left on the screen and will be returned to ball mill for further grinding, thus improving the efficiency of the mill and reducing the excessive grinding.
