Kiln dryer is large-scale industrial production drying equipment widely used in production of cement industry, metallurgical industry, wood drying, brick drying, etc. The kiln reaction temperature of the drying kiln in production process is higher, so the collection and monitoring of process parameters such as kiln temperature control is important aspect to ensure roasting quality.
In order to adapt process requirements of the clinker formation, Seoul kiln has been established in the 1930s. The thermal layout of rotary kiln can make the hot flue gas pass through the layer of pre-heater, thereby can increase the heat transfer area of the gas-solid and enhance heat transfer capability.
Suspension pre-heater kiln established in the 1950s can preheating and partial decomposition of feed powder suspended in hot flue gas, which has results of more heat transfer capacity of the heat transfer area, and makes person kiln material decomposition rate up to 40 %. Both preheating capacity enhancement and the part pre-decomposition of kiln can make the kiln production increase largely, heat consumption drop significantly, and improve technical and economic indicators sharply.
